Your purchase of any of our Products is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
Prices
All prices on the website are listed minus VAT or sales tax and this will be added at the current rate during checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time and Spa Buddy Ltd reserves the right to cancel any orders placed on products where the price was incorrect.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product made available on this website, you will be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your full name, contact email address, contact telephone number, and full postal address.
Shipping
Free standard delivery is included for all purchases within the UK. Express delivery is available at additional cost. Overseas orders will be processed at current shipping rates. Please note that all Spa Buddy® items are bulky and therefore shipping is costly.
Delivery
We will deliver the Goods ordered by you to the address you give us for Delivery at the time you make your Order. Our Standard Delivery time is three to five working days from Order processing. Our Express Delivery service is one to two working days. SPA BUDDY LTD will rely on the postal services of Royal Mail, Parcel Force Worldwide, and other couriers. Our stated Delivery services are a guide only. We will always aim to ensure your order is received on time but we will not be held liable for late delivery beyond our control or consequential loss. All our deliveries are tracked and your Tracking Number will be available on request.
Returns
If you wish to return any item, please get in touch with us in the first instance to discuss your return. Buyers are responsible for all return costs of their items and items must be returned in unused and original condition within 14 days of delivery. Upon return of your item and confirmation that the condition is acceptable, you will be refunded your purchase price, minus an original delivery fee of £25 and an administration fee of £10. These costs are incurred by us for your original order.
Spa Buddy® Straps Warranty
All Sleds are individually inspected to ensure they are manufactured to the highest standard and free from defects before shipping. In the unlikely event that your sled is damaged during shipping, please contact us before using. We are confident that the straps will outlast the sled, and we offer a lifetime guarantee on the Spa Buddy Straps. In the unlikely event you require replacement straps, simply email us your proof of purchase and a photo of the broken strap(s) and we will send replacements, it's that simple!
Product Life Expectancy
The Spa Buddy® Sled is manufactured from the highest quality materials but will eventually wear out over time. You can prolong the life of your sled by not leaving it out in direct sunlight. Clean your route from harmful debris, ensuring there are no nails/screws protruding from decking boards, etc. Depending on frequency and care and attention to use, the Spa Buddy® Sled can last up to three years.
